These terms govern your use of escuelainstabeauty.com and the general conditions of the services offered under the Escuela Insta Beauty brand. Escuela Insta Beauty is a brand operated by North Ember Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What we offer
Escuela Insta Beauty offers education and mentoring for beauty professionals on how to present their work online: positioning, content planning, short-form communication, personal and business brand, offer and client journey, sales fundamentals, community and simple business habits. The site describes that work in general terms. The scope, format and fee of any service are agreed with you individually after you contact us.
Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully, to give accurate information in the contact form, not to interfere with the site's security or operation, not to send malicious code or automated requests, and not to impersonate anyone. We may restrict access to anyone who breaks these rules.
How services are agreed
Services are agreed individually after you contact us. The conditions (scope, format and fee) are confirmed in writing before anything starts, and no fee is owed without that written agreement. If the written agreement contains terms that differ from these, the written agreement governs that service to the extent the law allows.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, and by any specific terms in your written agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
What we do not promise
Education and mentoring can improve how you communicate and organise your work, but results depend on many things outside our control: your market, your effort, the platforms' algorithms and your clients' decisions. We do not guarantee followers, reach, bookings, clients, sales, income or any other business result. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Meta or any other platform. Our programmes are not a professional licence, an accredited qualification or a government-recognised certificate, and they do not replace any training or licence your jurisdiction requires to perform beauty services. Intellectual property
The Escuela Insta Beauty name and logo, the text and images of this site, and all programme materials (lessons, recordings, templates, worksheets, frameworks and examples) belong to North Ember Ventures LLC or are used under licence. When we agree a service you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, share publicly, republish or teach them as your own. The content you create during a service (your posts, photos and texts) remains yours.
Your content and feedback sessions
If you share your profile, photos or other material with us for feedback, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to give you feedback and will not publish it without your separate written permission.
Third-party services
The site may link to external services, and a service may use third-party tools (for example a video-call tool). Those services have their own terms and availability, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- the website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunities;
- our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and our total liability arising from the free use of this website is limited to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms and the site's content from time to time. The version published on the day we agree a service in writing applies to that service, unless we agree otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where its law allows. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are solved by a conversation.

Escuela Insta Beauty ofrece formación y mentoría para profesionales de la belleza sobre cómo presentar su trabajo en internet: posicionamiento, planificación de contenido, comunicación en formato corto, marca personal y de negocio, oferta y recorrido del cliente, fundamentos de venta, comunidad y hábitos de negocio sencillos. La web describe ese trabajo en términos generales. El alcance, el formato y el precio de cualquier servicio se acuerdan contigo de forma individual después de que nos escribas.
Uso de la web
Te comprometes a usar la web de forma lícita, a dar información veraz en el formulario, a no interferir en su seguridad o funcionamiento, a no enviar código malicioso ni peticiones automatizadas y a no suplantar a nadie. Podemos restringir el acceso a quien incumpla estas normas.
Cómo se acuerdan los servicios
Los servicios se acuerdan de forma individual después de que nos contactes. Las condiciones (alcance, formato y precio) se confirman por escrito antes de empezar, y no se debe ningún importe sin ese acuerdo escrito. Si el acuerdo escrito contiene condiciones distintas de estas, el acuerdo escrito rige ese servicio dentro de lo que permita la ley.
Cancelación y reembolsos
Las cancelaciones y reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de Cancelación y Reembolsos, que forma parte de estos términos, y por las condiciones específicas de tu acuerdo escrito. Nada en estos términos elimina los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumo de tu país.
Qué no prometemos
La formación y la mentoría pueden mejorar cómo comunicas y organizas tu trabajo, pero los resultados dependen de muchos factores fuera de nuestro control: tu mercado, tu esfuerzo, los algoritmos de las plataformas y las decisiones de tus clientas. No garantizamos seguidores, alcance, reservas, clientes, ventas, ingresos ni ningún otro resultado. No estamos afiliados a Instagram, Meta ni ninguna otra plataforma, ni somos patrocinados o respaldados por ellas. Nuestros programas no son una licencia profesional, una titulación acreditada ni un certificado reconocido oficialmente, y no sustituyen la formación o licencia que tu jurisdicción exija para prestar servicios de belleza. Propiedad intelectual
El nombre y el logotipo de Escuela Insta Beauty, los textos e imágenes de esta web y todos los materiales de los servicios (lecciones, grabaciones, plantillas, fichas, métodos y ejemplos) pertenecen a North Ember Ventures LLC o se usan con licencia. Al matricularte recibes una licencia personal, intransferible y no exclusiva para usar los materiales en tu propio negocio. No puedes revenderlos, publicarlos, compartirlos abiertamente ni enseñarlos como propios. El contenido que crees durante un programa (tus publicaciones, fotos y textos) sigue siendo tuyo.
Tu contenido y las sesiones de feedback
Si compartes con nosotros tu perfil, fotos u otro material para recibir feedback, confirmas que tienes derecho a hacerlo. Lo usamos solo para darte feedback y no lo publicaremos sin tu permiso escrito aparte.
Servicios de terceros
La web puede enlazar a servicios externos y un servicio puede usar herramientas de terceros (por ejemplo, videollamadas). Esos servicios tienen sus propias condiciones y disponibilidad, y no somos responsables de ellos.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida en que lo permita la ley:

- nuestra responsabilidad total derivada de un servicio se limita al importe que nos pagaste por ese servicio, y la derivada del uso gratuito de esta web se limita a 100 dólares estadounidenses.
Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad por muerte o lesiones causadas por negligencia, por fraude ni cualquier otra que la ley no permita limitar, y nada afecta a tus derechos imperativos como consumidor.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos y el contenido de la web. A cada servicio se le aplica la versión publicada el día en que lo acordamos por escrito, salvo acuerdo distinto.
Ley aplicable y conflictos
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Nuevo México, Estados Unidos, sin atender a sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Si eres consumidor, conservas además la protección de las normas imperativas del país donde vives y puedes reclamar ante los tribunales de ese país cuando su ley lo permita. Antes de acudir a los tribunales, escríbenos: la mayoría de los problemas se resuelven hablando.
