This policy explains what personal information Escuela Insta Beauty collects through escuelainstabeauty.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. Escuela Insta Beauty is a brand operated by North Ember Ventures LLC.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal information described here is North Ember Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hola@escuelainstabeauty.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form on this site or write to us by email, we receive your name, your email address, your beauty speciality if you choose to share it, and the content of your message. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, full card numbers, health records or other highly sensitive information in a form or ordinary email.
- Information about an agreed service. If we agree a service with you, we process what is needed to deliver it: your name, contact details, the agreed service and the work you share with us for feedback.
- Technical information. Like every web server, the server that hosts this site records standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. We use these logs only for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
- Preferences stored on your device. The site stores two small values in your browser's local storage: the language you chose (English or Spanish) and your cookie consent choice. They never leave your device and are not used to track you.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or third-party embeds on this site. If that ever changes, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated first, and any non-essential tool will stay off until you consent.
How we use it and our legal bases
- To answer your enquiry and talk with you about our services (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive).
- To deliver a service agreed with you, including sessions, materials and feedback (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest in protecting our systems and our visitors).
- To keep business, tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To send you news, only if you have asked for it (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message or writing to hola@escuelainstabeauty.com).
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Who we share it with
Your information stays with us except where a provider needs it to do its job for us or the law requires disclosure:
- Hosting and email. The website and our mailbox run on servers operated for us by AMAI, located in a data centre in Germany (European Union). Your form message is delivered by email to our mailbox on that infrastructure.
- Advisers and authorities. Accountants, lawyers or authorities, when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, to protect our rights or in connection with a legal claim.
International transfers
We are a United States company and our servers are in the European Union, so your information may be processed in both. Where European or UK data protection law applies to a transfer to the United States, we rely on the safeguards the law makes available, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or your explicit request that we process your enquiry.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Data of an agreed service: for as long as the service lasts and then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server access logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete it;
- restrict or object to certain uses, including any use based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. These rights come from the GDPR and equivalent laws. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and do not do targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may need to verify your identity and the agent's authority.
To use any of these rights, write to hola@escuelainstabeauty.com. We answer within 30 days, or within the shorter deadline your law sets. If we decline a request, we explain why and, where your law provides it, how to appeal.
Security
We use HTTPS on every page, keep the server software updated, protect the mailbox with a strong password and limit access to the people who need it. No system connected to the internet is entirely free of risk, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we will tell you and the relevant authorities about a breach when the law requires it.
Children
This site and our services are for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on the site before it applies.

Qué datos recogemos
- Datos que nos envías. Cuando usas el formulario de contacto o nos escribes por email, recibimos tu nombre, tu email, tu especialidad si decides indicarla y el contenido de tu mensaje. No incluyas contraseñas, documentos de identidad, números completos de tarjeta, historiales médicos ni otra información muy sensible en un formulario o un email ordinario.
- Datos de un servicio acordado. Si acordamos un servicio contigo, tratamos lo necesario para prestarlo: nombre, datos de contacto, el servicio acordado y el trabajo que compartas con nosotros para recibir feedback.
- Datos técnicos. Como cualquier servidor web, el que aloja esta web guarda registros de acceso estándar: dirección IP, fecha y hora, página solicitada, tipo de navegador y página de procedencia. Los usamos solo para seguridad, prevención de abusos y resolución de errores.
- Preferencias guardadas en tu dispositivo. La web guarda dos valores pequeños en el almacenamiento local de tu navegador: el idioma que elegiste (inglés o español) y tu decisión sobre cookies. Nunca salen de tu dispositivo y no se usan para seguirte.
No usamos analítica, píxeles publicitarios, rastreadores de redes sociales ni contenidos incrustados de terceros. Si eso cambia, actualizaremos antes esta política y el aviso de cookies, y cualquier herramienta no necesaria permanecerá desactivada hasta que la aceptes.
Para qué los usamos y con qué base legal
- Para responder tu consulta y hablar contigo sobre nuestros servicios (medidas precontractuales a tu solicitud e interés legítimo en contestar los mensajes que recibimos).
- Para prestar un servicio acordado contigo, con sesiones, materiales y feedback (ejecución de un contrato).
- Para mantener la web segura y en funcionamiento (interés legítimo en proteger nuestros sistemas y a quienes nos visitan).
- Para llevar registros empresariales, fiscales y contables (obligación legal).
- Para enviarte novedades, solo si lo has pedido (consentimiento, que puedes retirar en cualquier momento respondiendo a cualquier mensaje o escribiendo a hola@escuelainstabeauty.com).
No vendemos tus datos personales, no los compartimos para publicidad comportamental entre contextos y no tomamos decisiones sobre ti basadas únicamente en tratamientos automatizados.
Con quién los compartimos
Tus datos se quedan con nosotros salvo cuando un proveedor los necesita para prestarnos su servicio o la ley obliga a comunicarlos:
- Alojamiento y correo. La web y nuestro buzón funcionan en servidores gestionados para nosotros por AMAI, situados en un centro de datos en Alemania (Unión Europea). El mensaje del formulario se entrega por email a nuestro buzón en esa infraestructura.
- Asesores y autoridades. Contables, abogados o autoridades, cuando sea razonablemente necesario para cumplir la ley, defender nuestros derechos o en relación con una reclamación.
Transferencias internacionales
Somos una empresa estadounidense y nuestros servidores están en la Unión Europea, por lo que tus datos pueden tratarse en ambos lugares. Cuando la normativa europea o británica de protección de datos se aplique a una transferencia a Estados Unidos, nos basamos en las garantías que la ley ofrece, como las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea o tu solicitud expresa de que atendamos tu consulta.
Cuánto tiempo los conservamos
- Consultas del formulario de contacto: hasta 24 meses desde el último intercambio; después se eliminan.
- Datos de un servicio acordado: mientras dure el servicio y después el tiempo que exija la normativa fiscal y contable.
- Registros de acceso del servidor: hasta 90 días, salvo que se necesiten para investigar un incidente de seguridad.
- Consentimiento comercial: hasta que lo retires.
Tus derechos
Según donde vivas, puedes tener derecho a:
- pedir una copia de los datos personales que tenemos sobre ti;
- rectificar datos incorrectos o incompletos;
- pedir que los eliminemos;
- limitar u oponerte a ciertos usos, incluidos los basados en nuestro interés legítimo;
- recibir tus datos en un formato portable;
- retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, sin afectar a lo realizado antes.
Espacio Económico Europeo, Reino Unido y Suiza. Estos derechos provienen del RGPD y leyes equivalentes. También puedes presentar una reclamación ante tu autoridad de protección de datos.
California y otros estados de EE. UU. Si vives en California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregón u otro estado con ley de privacidad del consumidor, puedes tener derecho a saber qué recogemos, a acceder, corregir y eliminar esos datos y a oponerte a su venta o cesión y a la publicidad dirigida. No vendemos ni cedemos datos personales y no hacemos publicidad dirigida. No te trataremos de forma distinta por ejercer tus derechos. Puedes actuar mediante un representante autorizado; podremos verificar tu identidad y su autorización.
Para ejercer cualquiera de estos derechos, escribe a hola@escuelainstabeauty.com. Respondemos en un plazo de 30 días, o en el plazo menor que fije tu ley. Si rechazamos una solicitud, te explicamos por qué y, cuando tu ley lo prevea, cómo recurrir.
Seguridad
Usamos HTTPS en todas las páginas, mantenemos actualizado el software del servidor, protegemos el buzón con una contraseña robusta y limitamos el acceso a quien lo necesita. Ningún sistema conectado a internet está libre de riesgo, así que no podemos prometer una seguridad absoluta, pero te informaremos a ti y a las autoridades de una brecha cuando la ley lo exija.
Menores
Esta web y nuestros servicios están dirigidos a profesionales adultos. No recogemos conscientemente datos de menores de 16 años. Si crees que un menor nos ha enviado datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos.
Cambios en esta política
Cuando cambiemos esta política actualizaremos la fecha de entrada en vigor. Si el cambio es importante, lo indicaremos con claridad en la web antes de que se aplique.
