Cancellation and Refund Policy

This short policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services offered by Escuela Insta Beauty, a brand operated by North Ember Ventures LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Use and Services.
Before the service starts
If you cancel before the agreed service starts, you receive a full refund of anything you have paid.
After the service has started
If you cancel after the service has started, cancellation and any refund follow the written agreement for that service.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country that grants a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts, you keep that right exactly as your law provides it. Nothing in this policy reduces it.
How to request it
Write to hola@escuelainstabeauty.com with your name, the service and your request. We confirm receipt within 5 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Antes de empezar el servicio
Si cancelas antes de que empiece el servicio acordado, te devolvemos íntegramente lo que hayas pagado.
Después de empezar el servicio
Si cancelas después de que el servicio haya empezado, la cancelación y cualquier reembolso siguen el acuerdo escrito de ese servicio.
Tu derecho legal de desistimiento
Si eres consumidora en la Unión Europea, el Reino Unido u otro país que reconozca el derecho de desistimiento en contratos a distancia, conservas ese derecho exactamente como lo establece tu ley. Nada en esta política lo reduce.
Cómo solicitarlo
Escribe a hola@escuelainstabeauty.com con tu nombre, el servicio y tu solicitud. Confirmamos la recepción en un plazo de 5 días laborables. Los reembolsos aprobados se hacen al medio de pago original.
